I can't say I've got any running accomplishments yet. I ran track in high school (which was oh so long ago.) Idid sprints then, until a knee injury kept me from doing much of anything for a few years. I've done a number of 5 & 10Ks over the years, but have never been serious or consistent enough about it to track my times, etc.
Short-Term Running Goals:
My short term goals are to run the Wasatch Back and Hobble Creek 1/2 this year, and to complete my first full marathon (yet to be named) in 2011.
Long-Term Running Goals:
My long term goal is to become what I'd call a "real" runner - somebody who consistantly runs, trains for and completes a couple races a year. I'd love to some day run the Boston and New York marathons. Not that I expect to place well, but I'd love to be be able to say I did it.
Personal:
I'm married and have a 6 yr old son. I recently returned to college after a 13yr "semester off." Right now I'm finishing prereqs, but a planning to go into nutrition.
